Point of sale, payments and complete Luxembourg accounting in one system. Built in Luxembourg, for Luxembourg tax law.
The till and the tax office, one system.
LUXPOS starts where the money comes in, at the till, and ends where it is declared, at the tax administration. In between sit payments, invoicing and a full double-entry ledger under Luxembourg law. Nothing is exported into a second system, because the second system is already inside.

A POS station with a floor plan (plan de salle), a kitchen display (KDS) for the pass, takeaway and delivery orders, and a daily close with Z-reports. Devices pair to the account, a desktop app runs the counter, and MDM device management keeps a fleet of terminals under control.

Full double-entry bookkeeping on the Luxembourg chart of accounts (PCN). The VAT return leaves in eCDF format, the FAIA audit file is one export, the annual accounts go through eCDF, and the Modèle 500 (IRC, ICC, IF) is prepared from the ledger. A tax forecast applies the communal multipliers. Bank sync brings the statements in and reconciles them, and expenses are read by OCR.
